A: We use the best registered courier companies to ensure that your item is delivered 100% safe and secure. We will also send you the tracking details, so that you can keep a

close eye on the movement of your parcel and can track the exact date and time of delivery.

Q: What is the delivery time and cost?

A: Estimated delivery time for every product is mentioned on each product page. However, this may vary in case of some specific products, e.g. if a product is being sourced

There will be nominal delivery charge of MYR 60.00 for orders shipped to Brunei.

Q: How will I know when my order has been shipped?

A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email together with a clever little tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track your

order at every point, all the way to your doorstep. When you receive this email, you are only 2 to 3 tiny little working days away from receiving your order!

Q: Can I check the progress of my order?

A: Yes you can check the progress of your order on our website at every stage. Also you can track your shipment status with the courier company once you receive the

tracking number via email.

A: We offer a 30-day return policy which means that you can return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery.

However, this is NOT applicable in the following cases:

1. Unsealed or used contact lenses and products with opened packages (all products need to be in their original condition and packing).

2. Prescription glasses with lens thickness 1.60 and higher as these are too customized to be returned.

3. Prescription glasses with progressive / indexed lenses as these are too customized to be returned.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: For customers in Malaysia, we can collect your product from your doorstep. All you need to do is send us an email / call us sharing the reason for return along with your

product and order details.

If you do not like the item you received, let us know and we will do our best to find a suitable replacement for you. Our Customer Service will be happy to help you place the

order for your replacement item. Send us the product in its original condition and packing with the invoice. Slip in a note stating the reason for your return, and whether you

A: Well, we’re sorry if that ever happens to you. We do our best to prevent such a situation but we cannot guarantee if the items are damaged in transit as we do not have

A: We know you want to try them on first but we make it possible to buy glasses without moving away from your computer. With each of our products, we provide the following

frame measurements to make the decision simple:

A: Width: the total width of the frame.

B: Bridge: distance between the lenses.

C: Lens width: the width of the lenses.

D: Lens height: the height of the lenses.

E: Temple length: the length of the temples.

Q: What payment methods are offered?

A: We have five options of payment:

1. Credit card / Online Banking (iPay88): This is a simple and easy option if you have a credit / debit card. Just enter the necessary information and everything is processed

by computer magic. But rest assured, your card information is 100% secure and your privacy would never be compromised.

2. Paypal: Do you have an account with Paypal? If you do, then this is the best option. Just enter your Paypal login and everything will be taken care of. And in case you’re

Q: What kind of lenses do you sell?

A: We sell single vision lenses. We sell them in different index: 1.5 index, 1.59 index, 1.67 index and 1.74 index & 1.76 index. The thinner and lighter the lens, the better it looks

and feels – because no-one likes having bulky lenses in their eyes! This is more relevant for those that need stronger prescriptions (+/- 6 and above). In case you're

wondering (and we know you are) what the differences between the lenses are, we quickly explain below:

Single lenses: These are the standard lenses you require for near- or farsightedness

Bifocal lenses: Traditional type of lens where the lens is divided into two distinct sections (lower part for near and upper part for distance). This is required for presbyopia (a

combination of near- and farsightedness usually developing for people above the age of 40).

Multifocal/varifocal/progressive lenses: Lenses that also correct presbyopia, however are focussed on optimising the seamless vision flow from near to distance focus, i.e.

from bottom to top of the lens.

Q: Do you have additional services for lenses?

A: We thought you'd never ask! We have many add-on options that can enhance your lenses greatly:

Anti-reflective coating: Helps reducing reflection on the surface of the lenses and makes the eyes of the wearer more visible. The coating is also the best solution for

computer usage and night driving.

Scratch-resistant coating: True to its name, this coating helps make the lenses scratch-free. Most suitable for lenses in prescription glasses and particularly in children's

glasses

Easy clean: Thanks to its extremely smooth surface, the easy clean-coated lens can be cleaned much more easily and provides the wearer with the best possible vision

whatever the condition is.

Lotus effect: The lotus effect lens coating makes lenses antistatic and hydrophobic; a finish that is similar to what you might have seen in everyday life with auto paints or

other smooth surfaces.

Photochromic/transition lenses: Photochromic/transition lenses have a compound that becomes dark when exposed to light and made clear again by removing light. While

indoors, the lens tint will lighten and allow as much light in as possible. This lets you wear sunglasses indoors and still see normally.

Tinted lenses: Tinting is applied to both sides of the lens for the look of sunglasses without the polarization effect. Tinted lenses should be used in conjunction with an

ultraviolet protective coating.

A: The lens material defines also its thickness (index), see below our current range:

Plastic lenses (1.5 Index): the recommended lens for low-to-moderate prescriptions in a range of +/- 0.00 to 2.00.

Polycarbonate lenses (1.59 Index): These thin and light lenses are the most impact-resistant eyeglass lenses. They are 30% thinner than the standard optical lenses and

are recommended for children's eyeglasses and sporting activities. Lenses are usually recommended for prescriptions ranging from 0.00 to +/-4.00.

Hi - Index lenses:

1.60 index - For Prescription + 3.00 DS to - 4.00DS

1.67 index - For Prescription + 4.00 DS to - 6.00DS

1.71 index - For Prescription + 6.00 DS to - 8.00DS

1.74 index - For Prescription + 6.00 DS to - 12.00DS

1.76 index - For Prescription + 10.00 DS to - 2000DS

Q: What does Bifocal and Multifocal lens mean?

A: Both lenses are used for prebyopia, a condition that comes with age. Bifocal lens is the original technology where the near and far sections are distinctly divided in the lens

area so there visible circular line between the sections. Multifocal lens serve the same function but does so more gradually through the lens. The latest technology is called

progressive lens which is one smooth lens that progressively covers the entire lens.

Q: What are transition lenses?

A: Transition lenses are basically the ultimate version of photochromic lenses. They have similar functions (changes colour based on lighting) but are much better in terms of

smoother lenses, clearer vision, and a better appearance indoors (to avoid looking like you have panda eyes).

Q: Do you sell reading glasses?

A: That depends on how you look at it. Reading glasses typically refer to standardized over-the-counter frames with lenses. Since we are a specialist eyewear store, we

provide customized and quality glasses that suit all needs. So, although we don't have a dedicated section on reading glasses, we can provide you with glasses that help

you read if you're short-sighted.

Q: What is the difference between plastic and acetate?

A: These are the two most common types of lens material. Plastic has limited color variations and does not have an organic feel to it, and so tends to be cheaper. Acetate on

the other hand is flexible, durable and offers more color variations – as such, it is usually more highly priced.

A: There are a few standard terms used by optician to indicate the prescription reading. Don't be scared of the jargon as we have a quick guide to all the tricky terms:

OD = right eye

OS = left eye

SPH = sphere or power; a minus sign (–) means that you are nearsighted, while a plus sign (+) means you are farsighted

CYL = cylinder; the amount of astigmatism
